Modified Flex Offense

Tonight I  will be hosting Alan Peel from Bishop Miege High School for a Free Clinic on the Flex Offense. At Bishop Miege they teach it a little bit different than the traditional screen the screener flex that most of us were taught as players or taught as coaches.

I think this offense can be used as a stand-alone or a change of pace when your other offense is stagnant.
