I just finished the 3rd video of my series on Nate Oats of the University of Alabama Drive and Space Offense.

In this 3rd I looked how he attacks the 1-3-1 zone defense and the 1-2-2 zone defense in this film breakdown.

I really like how Alabama attacks it the following ways:

1. Ball Screens on top defender

2. Screens and Slips into high post

3. Skip Passes and attack the closeout

4. Penetration to beat 2/5’s of the zone
