Using Station Circuits to develop your players
Finding time to develop your players in practice may be hard if you have limited resources such as:
Gym Time
Courts
Staff
I have been using station circuits for the past 10 years. The schools I have coached at usually have other sports teams competing for practice time with one gym and one court to practice on. I have found a way by using station circuits to help develop my players with only being able to get into the gym 2 days a week during the fall and spring.
Tonight at 9 pm EST I am going to go over what station circuits I have used for the following:
Shooting
Finishing
Ball Handling

These station circuits can also be used during the season and do not take a lot of time to help get reps in at various skills to help develop your players.

You can have all 3 teams do this and have 6 players at a hoop doing these skills for 3 minutes each taking you 18 minutes to cover this segment.
If you are interested in learning more and or have questions about using stations I will see you tonight 10/4 at 9 pm EST for a Free online clinic I am hosting on Using Stations to develop your players.
